We partner with a select number of small vintners who, despite the pressures of today's industrialism, remain faithful to Georgia's 8,000-year-old wine-making tradition of using qvevri (an earthenware vessel buried underground) for fermentation and storage that produces distinctive wines with a rare earthy flavor. This method, which in 2013 was listed as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, fascinates and attracts an ever-growing number of wine lovers from all over the world.
